New daily entertainment includes Dock Dogs, All-American Racing Pigs, Safari Sam and Oscar the
Awesome Ostrich, Poppin’ Penelope (balloon artist), Farmer Pete (stilt walker sharing Ag Education),
Hillia Hula Hoop Extraordinaire and much more! Visit the Ag-Venture Barn, Birthing Barn, Eudora
Farms (exotic petting zoo), Travel Tennessee, Shrine Clowns, pageants and more!
We are excited to announce that Point of Grace will be headlining our concert on the Entertainment Stage
on FISH Day at the Fair Sunday, August 20 starting at 6:00 p.m. Little Texas will hit the stage powered by
TVA on Monday, August 21, at 7:30 p.m.
See over 100 Livestock shows before and during the Fair! Starting Saturday, August 5 Barrel Races at 2
p.m., Saturday, August 12 Mule & Draft Show at 10a.m., Ranch Horse Showdown at 5 p.m. and on
Sunday, August 13 will be the Youth Horse Show at 1 p.m. Cattle, sheep, goat and swine shows will be

Ride FREE in a Monster Truck at the Fair Monday night at the Monster Truck Show! Enjoy different
Motorsports events every evening, including the new Kids Four-Wheeler Rodeo!
Take a step back in time, find treasures and learn about life back when watching numerous Fiddlers Grove
demonstrations from soap and broom making, basket weaving, wood turning and more! Take in the
Antique Car Show on Sunday, August 20.
New events during the Fair include Corn Eating Competition, Scarecrow Goddess Competition (made
from cornstalks), Husband and Mom Calling Contests, Remote Control Mini Car Demolition Derby, Farm
to Table Dinner, Pick TN Experience and more!
The Wilson County – Tennessee State Fair presented by your Mid-South Ford dealers runs Thursday,
August 17, through Saturday, August 26, 2023. Gates open weekdays at 5 p.m., Saturdays at 10 a.m. and
Sunday at 12 noon.
