1. Online Registration is required before August 8, 2025.
2. Open to any youth or adult resident of Wilson County.
3. Round hay bales will be furnished. Limited supply of bales available.
4. Hay bales may be decorated
August 9-13, 2025. Entries will be judged Thursday,
August 14, 2025

5. Judging is based on the bale’s representation of the Fair Theme or Ag Commodity, as well as Originality & Creativity. The bales should be decorated with a good
clean, wholesome theme. No vulgar or suggestive decorations will be allowed –
this includes people rolled up inside a bale with feet or head sticking out.
6. Bales can be placed lying on their side or standing on end. This will be
your choice. For safety purposes round bales will not be stacked on top
of each other.
7. Decorations should be weather and wind-proof.
They should be checked and maintained daily.
8. No commercial or political party signs of ANY
KIND
are allowed.
9. Decorations and bales are to be removed on
Sunday, August 24 from 1 – 4 PM.
