Cornbread Challenge

Cooks bring dishes built around cornbread - main dishes, salads and appetizers all qualify, as long as the cornbread mixture is in the dish. Judging is open, so anyone can stand and watch the panel work through the entries. Scoring rewards the most creative use of cornbread along with appearance, texture, uniform shape and flavor.
