Premiums: 1st - $250 • 2nd - $150 • 3rd - $100

Entries will be taken starting at 10:30 - 11:30 AM in the Baking Contest area of the Wilson County Expo Center. Judging will begin at 11:30 AM. Please allow plenty of time to have your dish to the booth by noon.

There will be open judging. Winners are asked to be available for photos and prizes after the competition.

Rules:

All entries must have cornbread mixture in the dish & as a main dish, salad, or appetizer. Examples: Fiesta bakes, chicken pot pie, stuffing (all varieties), corn pudding, casseroles (all varieties), tamale pie, etc.

You will be judged on the most creative recipe using cornbread in the dish. Basis for judging will be appearance, texture, uniform shape & flavor.

All dishes should be accompanied with the recipe on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper (typed is preferred). Legible handwritten will be accepted.

Winning dishes will be placed on display throughout the Fair. All others should be picked up day of competition. Wilson County Promotions will not be responsible for containers left on the property.
