Amateur cooking teams bring their own grills and cook head to head in four divisions: bacon, burger, fire (steak) and dessert. Judges taste the turn-ins, and the winners are announced at the Hometown USA Stage. The top cook in each division also takes home a Golden Ticket to the World Food Championship.
