Concessions/Commercial Vendor Applications

Important Note: Application is for concession space only at the Wilson County - Tennessee State Fair and must be filled out completely. Attach a brief description and photo of your concession business with application. An application does not guarantee a space. A committee will evaluate your application and if accepted you will receive information regarding vendor space from a representative of the Wilson County Fair-Tennessee State Fair. Submitting a completed application does not guarantee a concession space.

Proof of liability insurance will be required of concessionaires. (Must comply with all state and local health, fire and electrical requirements.) Liability insurance must name Wilson County Promotions, Inc. as additional insured.

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY WITH APPLICATION

“Wilson County Fair-Tennessee State Fair Vendor Rules and Regulations” are on Vendor Agreement/Contract, which vendor will receive once accepted. All vendors must sign and return Agreement/Contract and adhere to said rules and regulations.

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY WITH APPLICATION. A CONTRACT AND INVOICE WILL BE SENT ONCE APPLICATIONS ARE APPROVED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE BOOKING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AT THIS TIME: CBD, HEMP, THC, EDIBLE OR VAPING PRODUCTS.
