Wilson County Studios or direct approval of chairman.*
- Exhibits will be entered Saturday, August 8, 2025 between 10 AM - 3 PM. Entries will be taken at the
Expo Center
- One entry per person per category.
- The division entered will be determined by exhibitor’s
age on the opening day of the Fair.
- All entries must be ready to hang - NO exceptions.
- First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded
for each category in each division.
- One Best of Show rosette will be awarded, chosen from
entire exhibit.
- First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded
for best representation of the fair theme, chosen from
the entire exhibit.
- Entries may be claimed and premiums will be paid on
Sunday, August 23, 2026 between 1 - 3 PM.
- Entries may not be withdrawn before the close of the
Fair. The Stained Glass Committee reserves the right to
reject any work that does not meet the criteria set forth
in the rules.'
- Reasonable precaution will be taken in handling entries,
but the Fair Board and its management cannot assume
liability for loss or damages to submitted work
- Items will be displayed as space allows. Anyone with
large pieces, please contact a chairperson prior to
Saturday, August 1.
