Make a cap that will be used by a patient in the Sarah Cannon Cancer Unit. These caps are needed year around and your participation will be for a worthwhile cause.
Entries will be taken at the Farm Bureau Expo Center by Wanda Briddelle at the FCE table, August 13, 2022 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Each cap must have name and phone number of exhibitor attached.
Exhibitors may donate additional caps.
Premiums:1st - $12 ~ 2nd - $9 ~ 3rd - $7Best of Show Winners will receive an additional monetary award
Division I: Crochet
Lot 1: Created by Adult (ages 19 and over)
Lot 2: Created by Youth (ages 5-18)
Lot 3: Club Showcase (Must have at least 3 and no more than 5 caps; each cap must be crocheted by a different club member. Club members may be adult or youth.)
Division II: Knitting
Lot 1: Created by Adult (ages 19 and over)
Lot 2: Created by Youth (ages 5-18)
Lot 3: Club Showcase (Must have at least 3 and no more than 5 caps; each cap must be knitted by a different club member. Club members may be adult or youth.)
Division III: Constructed (Any other than crochet or knit)
Lot 1: Created by Adult (ages 19 and over)
Lot 2: Created by Youth (ages 5-18)
Lot 3: Club Showcase (Must have at least 3 and no more than 5 Turbans; each turban must be made by a different club member.Club members may be adult or youth.)
All caps will be donated to Sarah Cannon Cancer Units and will be delivered after the Fair. The caps will be on display in the FCE area of Adult Family & Consumer Sciences during the Fair.
