Bakers from across Tennessee bring pecan pies to the Hometown USA Stage, with pecans as the predominant ingredient. A preliminary round narrows the field before a final round of judging decides first, second and third. Pies are scored on appearance, originality and flavor, with flavor carrying the most weight.
